Features

User registration is handled via phone number with text verification, eliminating the need for passwords. Admins have a broad set of tools at their disposal: they can promote users to admin, view GPS activity to identify the most active users or team leaders, register additional missionaries, and manage team assignments or corrections. They can also unassign or release routes, remove specific addresses (such as when a family moves), and impersonate team captains or members to manage event contexts. The system supports onboarding for new churches and events, and allows admins to maintain user statuses as active, admin, or inactive.

Create, edit, or delete events with various statuses, including draft, pending, active, ended, and completed. Each event can be customized with properties such as allowing route selection, setting the number of addresses per initial route, and defining public information. Address data can be imported and assigned via CSV or XLS files, with routes assignable either manually or automatically. The system also supports rolling over data from previous events, enabling reuse of addresses and team assignments. Events can be configured for different types, including Door-to-Door (D2D), Blitz, Hygiene Kit distribution, or custom formats, and can include event-specific messaging and help text.

Address Targeting + Mapping allows you to select, visualize, and fine-tune the specific neighborhoods, streets, or houses your teams will visit during your outreach event.

Using an interactive map, you can quickly identify the exact area for your outreach, ensuring your efforts are focused and efficient. This helps avoid missed homes, duplicate visits, and wasted volunteer time.

This process is intuitive, visual, and easily correctable—enabling you to move from planning to action in minutes.

Routing automatically groups the selected target addresses into manageable routes for your teams. This ensures even coverage, prevents overlap, and makes event coordination efficient and stress-free.

The “Visit Address” interface provides a streamlined experience for recording visit outcomes, such as “Answered Door,” “No Answer,” or “Left Materials,” with step-by-step prompts and dynamic summaries. It supports multi-person visits by prompting for names when needed and displays prior visit notes for each address. Notes can be made mandatory for key visit types, such as salvation or baptism, requiring a name and phone number. Users can create, edit, copy, filter, and assign both standard and custom visit lists—for example, for follow-up efforts—and have the option to display or hide visited addresses to accommodate low-bandwidth environments.

The system includes a team QR code feature that allows users to join or sign in, ensuring accurate team assignments by matching each QR code to a specific event and team. Admins can view all teams and their claimed routes, track the location and status of missionaries and teams via phone and GPS, and contact team members directly. A “Give Back Addresses” option is available for returning unvisited routes, helping to reallocate work efficiently. A progress dashboard provides key metrics, including team performance, number of missionaries, and route coverage. Team and route management functions are restricted to leaders and admins for better oversight and control.

The system features automated “text-to-join” functionality and event information delivery for new members, simplifying onboarding. It supports SMS broadcasting at both the event-wide and team-specific levels.

The system provides live metrics on team progress and visit counts, with real-time displays of completed, unvisited, and in-progress addresses and teams. Leaderboards highlight GPS activity to recognize the most active participants. Admins can export visit results and address data for follow-up efforts and access detailed progress reports, including route assignments and visit statuses.

The system stores and displays user GPS locations, showing which users have location services enabled with a visible badge. It can optionally flag users who have GPS turned off before they leave for fieldwork. User location history is maintained by event and team, with the ability to purge or reset location data and caches as needed. For safety, admins can apply post-event flags to addresses or routes—such as marking them as no-go zones or designating them for female-only teams.
