Are There Any Tips for Running A Successful Event?
- Set up your address targets and routes a few days ahead of time to allow adjustments.
- Encourage team leaders to review their lists before heading out.
- Use built-in messaging for last-minute reminders or encouragement.
- Always mark events as “Ended” once outreach is over to secure the event data
What Flexibility Do I Have During An Event?
- Need More Addresses? If a team finishes early, they can request and receive additional routes right from their mission page.
- Return Unfinished Routes: If a team must leave, they can “give back” unvisited addresses, which are instantly made available for others to pick up.
- On-Demand Help: Team members can access “I Need Help” for instructions/resources, or contact admins.
